You'll work directly with Zamp's founders to shape how an entire category thinks about digital employees - not as software, but as personas worth believing in. We move fast, experiment constantly, and build things that feel impossible until they exist.

What you'll do :

Define Zamp's brand identity, visual, verbal, everything

Create content across formats: social, video, web, campaigns

Set and maintain creative standards across all touchpoints

Work with founders on positioning and messaging

Run growth creative: ads, landing pages, conversion assets

Build the creative team as we scale

Qualifications :

You've built or shaped a brand at an early-stage company

You're still hands-on and you make things, not just direct others

You understand that creative serves the business

You have taste and can articulate why something works or doesn't

You move fast and don't need a lot of process to ship
