Project Manager Decom

You lead projects related to Spent Fuel Management (SFM), safety studies, and installation design/modifications

You manage scope, planning, budget, quality, profitability, HSE, and nuclear safety

You set up the project organisation, allocate tasks, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams

You collaborate closely with internal departments (procurement, finance, risk, etc.)

You manage client relationships, meetings, and technical/commercial interfaces

You oversee procurement activities (tendering, negotiation, contracting, invoicing)

You participate in project and steering committees and ensure structured reporting

You ensure alignment with the overall SFM strategy

You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering with 10–15 years of experience, including 5+ years in project management

You have Belgian nuclear site clearance; knowledge of Doel and Tihange is an asset

You have a background in safety studies and/or installation design/modification (a plus)

Your native language is French or Dutch; you have good English skills

You demonstrate strong leadership, organisation, and decision-making abilities

You are result-oriented, client-focused, and performance-driven

You have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills

• You are based in Brussels and willing to travel to nuclear sites and occasionally abroad
