We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Value-Based Care Director to join our healthcare consulting firm and help lead the continued growth of our business line focused on value-based reimbursement models and optimizing healthcare delivery outcomes. Facktor predominantly serves the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) market, however, this role will be expected to advise clients from multiple sectors of healthcare and managed care such as FQHCs, ACOs, CINs, Payers, etc.
on alternative payment models (APMs), payer contracting strategies, and risk-based models to optimize financial performance and enhance patient outcomes through value-based care initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued evolution and expansion of a business line focused on value-based care innovation and payer strategies.

- Business Development: Thinks creatively about growth strategies, skillfully promotes services to clients, Able to conduct presentations at conferences promoting service lines, and proactively identifies supplemental consulting opportunities across divisions.
- Expertise: Extensive expertise in their field, often considered a thought leader within the organization, able to step into interim Director or C-suite roles.
- Client Relations: Establishes and maintains client relationships in good standing. Has the trust and respect of clients. Able to facilitate client meetings independently and think strategically about addressing client needs with minimal support.
- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of value-based care strategies for clients, including managed care, Medicare Advantage, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Medicare ACO REACH, Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs); shared risk contracts, and capitation models.
- Collaborate with FQHC healthcare providers and organizations to identify opportunities for optimizing financial and operational performance and achieving cost savings through value-based reimbursement initiatives.
