• Ensure the technical functionality of the entire resort and our staff accommodations.
• Conduct regular inspections and checks of technical installations in the resort and staff housing.
• Adhere to and monitor maintenance intervals for all technical systems and equipment.
• Communicate and coordinate with maintenance and service companies, overseeing and supervising their work.
• Perform minor repairs and forward more extensive maintenance requests.
• Ensure proper maintenance in all areas of the hotel.
• Independently identify and report defects, monitoring maintenance measures.
• Maintain a friendly and service-oriented demeanor towards all our guests.

• Experience in building maintenance or as a facility technician.
• Prior knowledge in facility management of tourist establishments is a plus.
• Skills as a plumber and/or electrician are advantageous.
• You are characterized by a sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Manual dexterity and proficiency in handling technical equipment.
• You are a team player who values helpfulness and collegiality.
• Courteous and professional behavior towards guests and colleagues.
• Resilience and discretion are among your strengths.
• Good knowledge of German and Italian languages.
• Possession of a category B driving license.
