Pac Aero Mission is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to provide technical support, system administration, and day‑to‑day IT assistance within our manufacturing operations. This role is hands‑on and operational, supporting all employees with hardware, software, and network needs. The IT Specialist is not a people manager but serves as the primary point of contact for IT issues on‑site and coordinates with corporate IT for larger initiatives.

The IT Specialist will also be the on‑site champion of achieving and maintaining CMMC compliance, with support from corporate IT. This position is onsite, full‑time, Monday–Thursday, Fridays as needed, and non‑exempt.

• Serve as the first point of contact for all IT‑related issues, including hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for employees.
• Resolve day‑to‑day technical problems efficiently while escalating complex issues to corporate IT as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and recurring technical issues.

• Prepare and deploy computers, laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment for new hires.
• Configure email accounts, access permissions, and relevant software for employees.
• Ensure systems are secure and compliant with company and regulatory policies.
• Conduct new employee IT orientations and provide guidance on tools, software, and company IT policies.

• Implement and maintain CMMC Level 1 controls on company systems as required.
• Assist with user access controls, password policies, and endpoint security measures.
• Ensure IT practices align with corporate cybersecurity policies and audit requirements.
• Support documentation and verification of IT compliance activities for internal and external audits.

• Partner with corporate IT to implement software updates, patches, and technology improvements.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to improve IT efficiency.
  
  Support company initiatives for digital transformation and technology adoption.
• Act as the on‑site liaison between manufacturing staff and corporate IT to ensure clear communication of IT needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT environment.
• Ensure IT equipment and sensitive data are stored securely.
• Follow all safety, security, and quality procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

The pay range listed for this position represents a good‑faith estimate based on the role, internal equity, market data, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, education, and internal pay alignment.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s or technical certification in IT preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Experience setting up and maintaining desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
