Change Manager – Infrastructure & Data Center Projects

Our client, involved in a PMC data center construction project, is looking for a Medior Change Manager to oversee all change activities. This role ensures changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented while minimizing risk and maintaining alignment with project governance, timelines, and operational readiness.

• You oversee end-to-end change activities related to the EWN scope within a PMC data center construction project.
• You manage the full lifecycle of changes impacting the EWN deliverables.
• You evaluate risks, dependencies, and business impacts in a complex project environment.
• You coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, and project stakeholders.
• You maintain accurate and up-to-date change documentation.
• You ensure alignment between construction milestones, technical readiness, and change plans.
• You drive structured processes to support a smooth transition to operations.

• You have 3–6 years of experience in Change Management within infrastructure or large-scale projects.
• You are familiar with data center environments or construction projects, which is a strong asset.
• You have a solid understanding of project governance.
• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management, planning, and risk assessment skills.
• You are fluent in English (mandatory).
