Your mission

• You will take full responsibility for the start of our funnel – from content asset production to the initial consultation.
• Build client‑centric content
  • Landing pages (value prop, CTA, form logic, A/B testing)
  • Downloadables/link magnets (one‑pagers, checklists, mini‑playbooks, benchmarks)
  • Copywriting along Pain → Outcome → Proof → Next Step
• Set up and run semi‑automated outreach
  • Structure target group/account lists (ICP, segments, triggers)
  • Build sequences (email/Linked In), templates, personalization at scale
  • Deliverability & reply handling (follow‑ups, routing, next steps)
• Conduct introductory calls independently
  • Qualify (need, timing, stakeholders, budget indicators)
  • Discovery light:
    Pain, priorities, current setup, next sensible steps
  • Clean handover to sales/team lead incl. summary & recommended action
• Funnel ownership & performance
  • Keep MQL/SQL definitions clean, identify conversion levers
  • Test, learn, iterate (weekly hypotheses + experiments)
  • Maintain CRM cleanly, pipeline hygiene, reporting

• You are enrolled at a college or university
• Some initial professional experience as a working student or intern in the field of business development or sales is desirable, but don't worry, we also value the willingness to learn something new
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and "out-of-the-box" thinking and acting
• You stand out with your communication skills and an open, outgoing personality that makes it easy for you to approach people
• Good German and English language skills in both written and spoken form
