Agile Development Manager

We are looking for an Agile Development Manager who will be responsible for managing IT projects using agile methodologies. The role focuses on leading information systems implementation projects, coordinating teams, managing suppliers and ensuring delivery in accordance with agile principles. The candidate must have demonstrable experience in managing IT projects and applying agile practices in practice.

• Manage IT projects focused on the implementation of information systems
• Lead project teams in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban / hybrid)
• Ensure planning, coordination, reporting and risk management
• Collaborate with business owners, developers, analysts and suppliers
• Be responsible for delivery within the scope, quality and deadlines
• Implement and maintain agile processes within projects
• Support the team in effective functioning and removing obstacles

• At least 5 years of experience in project management in the IT field
• Participation in at least two IT projects, the subject of which was information systems implementation
• Worked in the role of Agile Development Manager or in a similar role on these projects
• Demonstrable experience must include the use of agile development in the implementation of information systems

• Experience in leading multiple teams or multi-project environments
• Certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile)
• Experience in the financial sector
