** We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Test Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating applications and IT systems to ensure quality, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities
* Conduct functional and technical testing to identify defects and ensure application quality
* Define and implement testing strategies (manual, automated, API)
* Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data
* Perform and maintain non-regression testing
* Track, report, and follow up on defects
* Ensure the quality and completeness of user stories and acceptance criteria
* Collaborate with development and production teams to analyze and resolve issues
* Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports
* Ensure compliance with testing procedures and standards
* Accompany the "Partner" tests
* Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to user story refinement
* Share knowledge and best practices within the testing team Qualifications
* Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing
* Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Octane, and Postman/Bruno
* Knowledge of Java (or similar other programming languages)
* Familiarity with testing standards (e.g., ISTQB)
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Fluent in French (spoken and written)
* Experience in both functional and technical testing is preffered
* Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools (pre-diagnostic analysis)
* Software testing in banking projects (or financial services) is considered a plus
