The ideal candidate combines strong core product management skills with a deep interest in education transformation at scale and experience building products in the development or public sector ecosystem.

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Conve Genius’ mission of improving learning outcomes at scale.

Conceptualize and design products that:

• Improve foundational and grade-level learning outcomes for government school students.
• Provide structured classroom support and hand-holding tools for teachers.
• Enable teacher capacity development through actionable insights and resources.
• Strengthen system-level monitoring, governance, and reform through data-driven dashboards and workflows.

Identify high-impact problem statements across students, teachers, administrators, and state-level stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, user research, PRDs, prototyping, development, testing, launch, and iteration.

Translate complex education and governance challenges into scalable, technology-enabled product solutions.

Work closely with engineering, design, data, program, and state engagement teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Develop clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, scalability, and stakeholder needs.

Conduct field visits, user interviews, and stakeholder consultations with teachers, students, administrators, and government officials.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on product goals and outcomes.

Incorporate continuous user feedback into product enhancements and iterations.

Define success metrics and KPIs linked to learning improvement, teacher effectiveness, and system efficiency.

Work closely with data teams to design dashboards and reporting systems for administrators and policymakers.

Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product decisions and roadmap adjustments.

Ensure products enable actionable, real-time insights for classroom and administrative decision-making.

Design products that can scale across districts and states within government systems.
