Project Manager; IT

Mission

A Project/Delivery Manager ensures the project is completed on time and within budget, and that the project's objectives are met (according to scope). Projects are separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. A Project/delivery Manager oversees the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and the different interests involved are satisfied.

Within a Tribe organized in Agile Scrum mode, you will work under the responsibility of your IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment where delivery, security and smooth collaboration are key. You will be responsible for ensuring successful deliveries and aligning teams with the organization's strategic objectives.

• Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe's various squads in line with the concerned IT Tribe leads
• Ensure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with technical teams
• Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress
• Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies
• Collaborate with various teams
• Ensure communication & reporting
• Communicate on a daily basis with the IT Tribe Lead
• Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking
• Prepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings

Dutch Is a plus

French Fluent

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration

Certification Agile Project Management if possible PMI/PMP Knowledge

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile complex environment.

Experience in the banking sector is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Proven experience in project management and delivery management
• Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions
