THE MISSION: ARCHITECTING TRANSFORMATION
As the Head of Product
, you will act as the architect of a living ecosystem powered by AI, behavioral science, and design. You won’t just build features; you will craft experiences that rewire human behavior.
- Product Strategy: Translate the founder’s strategic vision into a clear roadmap that connects business goals, user outcomes, and technological innovation.
- Behavioral Insight: Obsess over user patterns to identify where transformation breaks and turn those insights into actionable product hypotheses.
- Build, Ship, Learn Fast: Apply Lean Startup methodology and scientific thinking to validate ideas through MVPs and weekly iterations.
- Impact Measurement: Define and track success metrics—activation, retention, and transformation rates—to prove real results.
- AI Innovation: Prototype new experiences powered by AI to amplify human potential.
- Precision & Emotion: Blend visceral, cinematic beauty with structured scoring, protocols, and feedback loops.
We are looking for an “A-player” who thrives in the space between vision, spreadsheets, and design.
- Professional Background: 3–6 years of experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech, with a proven track record of shipping major features end-to-end.
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable using Figma for direct prototyping and building AI Agents.
- The Paradox DNA: Craft-obsessed, user-impact driven, and a system thinker who can move from vision to Figma.
- Linguistic Mastery:
Native French is required (for our primary content) alongside fluent English.
