• Support research on applicable compliance regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in evaluating operational and procedural compliance.
• Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Prepare compliance materials, summaries and internal guidance for internal use and training.
• Support communication of compliance requirements through templates, trackers, and follow ups.
• Maintain compliance records, evidence repositories, and documentation logs.
• Assist with customer and vendor due diligence questionnaires.
• Contribute to responses for RFPs/RFIs for internal and external teams.
• Support privacy operations, including tracking data subject requests.
• Assist with audit and certification preparation by collecting and organizing evidence.
• Support compliance training administration and recordkeeping.
• Monitor regulatory updates and prepare concise internal summaries.
• Support GRC activities by maintaining risk and issue registers, tracking remediation actions, and collecting control evidence under guidance.

• Up to 2 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, privacy, security governance, or a regulated environment;
• Basic understanding of data protection, privacy, and compliance concepts;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to follow defined processes and escalation paths;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Familiarity with GDPR or general privacy frameworks;
• Experience with spreadsheets;
• Interest in developing a career in compliance, risk, privacy, or governance.
