• Validate end-to-end game flows from physical machine input to final player outcome
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of game logic, state transitions, and mathematical models
• Identify, document, and escalate risks affecting stability, integrity, or player trust
• Test systems under real-world and edge-case conditions, including live operations
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, studio, and compliance teams
• Own release quality decisions, including blocking releases when standards are not met
• Support certification, audits, and regulatory testing activities
• Continuously improve QA processes, coverage, and risk identification for live systems

• A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in manual QA for real-time systems, games, or live platforms
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to understand and validate complex, event-driven system flows
• Comfortable working across hardware, software, and live production environments
• Clear, structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality outcomes
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure in live or time-critical scenarios
• Willingness to challenge assumptions and enforce quality standards
• Leadership mindset, owning quality decisions, driving alignment across teams, and confidently escalating risks when required.
