Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Specialist – (m/f/d) – 100 % remote

Your Mission:

EUTECH is strengthening its ERP capabilities and is seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Specialist to support the development and optimization of a cloud-based BC365 environment.

The system is already live and requires structured enhancement, process harmonization, and scalable architecture across a multi-entity setup. The role goes beyond standard implementation — it requires strategic system thinking and hands-on configuration expertise.

Your daily tasks:

• Develop and optimize a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
• Design and implement scalable structures for a multi-company setup
• Analyze existing business processes and translate them into efficient ERP configurations
• Configure and customize Finance, Controlling, Intercompany and operational modules
• Lead improvements in reporting, consolidation, and automation
• Ensure clean system architecture and documentation standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external technical partners
• Support continuous system stabilization and performance optimization

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proven experience in complex, multi-entity ERP environments
• Strong finance and accounting process understanding
• Languages in cloud-based BC365 setups
• Solid understanding of intercompany processes and consolidated structures
• Languages with system restructuring or post-go-live optimization
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international setup
• Good Communication skills written and verbal in English (German is an advantage)

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• Languages with Power Platform integration (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Understanding of API integrations and extension management
• Languages in structured, compliance-driven environments
