** Mission
* * As part of the Finance transformation project, we are looking for a service technical functional SAP CO S/4 HANA to ensure consultancy on the consistency of end-to-end integration of the solution. The service will consist of integrating IT teams to participate in the implementation phases and deployment of the S/4 HANA Finance project. The objective is to take ownership of the solution and manage its implementation in conjunction with the IS/IT teams and the project teams concerned.

Responsibilities Activities & Tasks  Assist business workshops during the design of the future Core Design to ensure end-to-end integration of the S/4

Hana Finance solution.

Assist in changing the CO and PP configuration according to the business workshops.

Manage the relationship with stakeholders and development teams.

Draft detailed specification files in English. Provide MVP startup support.

Participate in the integration, testing, and migration strategy.

Provide digital expertise to support solutions imagined by the Product Owner, ensuring best practices and consistency with market standards.

Advise on possible improvements in the product backlog.

Support the Product Owner in Product Backlog prioritization.

Propose prioritization adjustments based on perceived value.

Participate in the lifecycle of the Product Backlog. Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all.

Detail each selected feature in the form of a User Story small enough to be implemented within one sprint, including acceptance criteria necessary for the team to understand and develop the user story.

Understand and prioritize

Technical Stories suggested by the team as well as Defect Stories.

Clarify any User Story upon request from the Development Team during a Sprint. Participate and contribute to Agile events with the Team.

Qualifications Skills & Competencies  Business analyst skills. Modeling of business flows in the new IS system based on S/4

HANA.Expertise in controlling flow. Define and manage the interfaces of the CO and PP domain.

Good knowledge of MM and FI integration. Hands-on experience with the configuration of the new S4

HANA system.

Work with the agile scrum method. Strong problem-solving skills with good interpersonal abilities.

A very good listener with excellent communication skills. Fluency in English.

Experience in innovative projects with strong business proximity.

Team player attitude with a sense of synthesis and attention to detail.

Comfort in sharing and transferring knowledge to others, whether within the agile team or with stakeholders. Practical knowledge of agile methodologies.

Profile  More than five years of experience in large-scale transformation projects.

Successful experience in an implementation or deployment environment of ERP S4

HANA.Knowledge of the Controlling domain on S4

HANA. Knowledge of SAP PP.A very good level of English. At least two years of experience in Agile projects, especially digital projects.
