Our objective is to catalyze €100 billion in additional venture capital for European Deep Tech and facilitate 10,000 partnerships between corporates and Deep Tech startups by 2030. To achieve this, we are building Europe’s leading Deep Tech innovation marketplace as an online–offline flywheel
: a business intelligence and matchmaking platform powered by Europe’s premier Deep Tech conference and early-stage investment activities.

Despite being a startup, Deep Tech Momentum has achieved substantial traction in just three years. Over 70 Deep Tech funds, 50 corporate partners, and 1,000+ founders are already part of our ecosystem. Key partners include Lakestar, Vsquared, EIF, SAP, Elaia, HV Capital, Earlybird, OTB Ventures, IQ Capital, McKinsey, EWOR, Continental, BASF, The Exploration Company, and many other leaders shaping Europe’s Deep Tech landscape.

DTM is at a pivotal moment. Following our first funding round, we partnered with 50+ Tier-1 Deep Tech players for DTM
25, expanded our core team, and delivered Europe’s most impactful Deep Tech bootcamp. In 2026, we will launch the MVP of our platform, scale the DTM flagship summit, and geo-clone and launch DTM.Capital together with our investment partners.

As Chief of Staff
, you will operate at the center of DTM — acting as a force multiplier for the founding team and helping translate strategy into execution across the organization.

• Act as the right hand to the founders
  , serving as a trusted advisor and sparring partner across strategy, customer success, hiring, fundraising, partnerships, and operations.
• Own and lead customer success at DTM
  , ensuring partners, investors, and founders consistently realize value from their engagement with the platform.
• Drive mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives
  , taking ownership end-to-end and pushing them forward with urgency and precision.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and execution quality as DTM enters its next growth phase.
• Coordinate company-wide priorities
  , ensuring alignment between teams and with the founders’ strategic objectives.
• Represent the founding team externally
  , building and nurturing relationships with investors, partners, and key ecosystem stakeholders when needed.
• An entrepreneur at heart
  , energized by responsibility, ambiguity, and fast-paced environments.
• A high-caliber operator with 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup, ideally with exposure to C-level decision-making.
• Highly analytical and structured
  , able to break down complex problems and turn strategy into actionable plans.
• Exceptionally organized and reliable
  , with a proven ability to manage competing priorities without losing momentum.
• Curious about and motivated by Deep Tech
  , with an interest in verticals such as Energy, Defence, Space, Future of Compute, Robotics & Industrial Tech, and Advanced Materials.
• Comfortable working in Founder Mode — where resources are limited, expectations are high, and ownership matters more than titles. You are comfortable with a dynamic role that has ambiguity and flexibility baked into it.
