  Extensive expertise in building and strategically leading product management functions in B2B SaaS companies with proven success in professionalizing product processes and developing high-performing teams.

• Product Management Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge in strategic product planning, road mapping, prioritization frameworks, and product analytics, as well as solid experience in translating complex stakeholder requirements into scalable product strategies.

• Technical Understanding: Technical understanding of complex software systems to grasp product‑relevant technical contexts, realistically assess feasibility, and make informed product decisions.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to moderate complex stakeholder landscapes, professionally lead decision‑making bodies, and create sustainable alignment between different interests.

• Analytical Strength: Data‑driven working approach with proven experience in building product intelligence, systematic knowledge management, and deriving informed product decisions from quantitative and qualitative data points.

  Excellent ability to communicate product visions in an inspiring way, present complex contexts in an understandable manner, and enable and motivate teams and stakeholders through persuasive communication.

• Languages: Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) skills in written and spoken communication for effective collaboration with international teams, customers, and partners.
