Mission
Support clients in integrating and adopting the platform, adapting connectors, and configuring solutions to their business needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client technical requirements.
• Develop and configure connectors (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, RPA).
• Set up client environments (cloud/on-prem).
• Train and support client teams.
• Act as the technical contact between client and R&D.

• 4+ years of experience in software solution integration.
• Skills in APIs, SQL/No
  
  SQL databases, middleware.
• Knowledge of a backend language (Java/.NET/Python).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of RPA/iPaaS is a strong plus.
