MissionWe’re looking for a GTM Ops Manager to own the enrichment, automation, and data flows that fuel our top-funnel. You will design and operate the technical backbone of prospecting and lead generation, ensuring data quality, smooth integrations, and actionable insights for our Sales and Marketing teams.

You will primarily focus on our two core European markets (France and the UK), while also supporting the rapid expansion of our largest growth market in the US. You will join a growing Revenue Operations team (currently 4, soon 8 people), working in close partnership with Olivia, our current GTM Operations Manager, and soon collaborating with a third teammate based in the US on the broader GTM Operations scope.
What you’ll do -- GTM Performance & Sales Productivity- Design, enrich, and automate our top-funnel machine.
- Operate and improve Mix Max cadences (nurturing, segmentation, re-engagement).
- Build prioritisation signals using our full stack (Modjo, Snap Map, Salesforce, Aircall).
- Prototype fast with Google Sheets, n8n, Clay, and lightweight scripting.
- Integrate AI scoring and enrichment to boost Sales and SDR productivity.
- Share insights that help Sales and Marketing focus on the right prospects.
- Co-build a next-gen outbound engine (Lemlist, Artisan or equivalents).
- Define the data structure behind routing, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Manage SDR inbox infrastructure: domains, warming, deliverability, monitoring.
- Maintain and scale enrichment flows (accounts, contacts, groups).
- Consolidate external data sources (Clay, Lusha, Zoominfo, Kspr).
- Ensure CRM hygiene: dedup, routing, lead qualification, segmentation.
- Automate and monitor data pipelines powering our GTM stack.
- 3–6+ years of experience in Rev Ops, Growth Ops, or GTM automation roles.
- Hands-on experience with some of these tools: n8n, Zapier, Customer.io, Salesforce, and Clay.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and lightweight development (automation scripts, APIs).
- Appetite for rapid prototyping and testing new GTM technologies.
- Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for AI applications in enrichment, leadgen, and automation.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a builder’s mindset.
- Excellent communicator in English, able to align Sales, Marketing, and Rev Ops stakeholders.
- You’re eager to travel to our London office 2 days a month (if you’re not based in London obviously 😉)
- Competitive salary:
55–65k€ / £50-60k depending on profile & experience & location
