Responsibilities:

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our identity verification processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly examine and authenticate a diverse range of identity documents, including passports, driver’s licenses, and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D teams to curate and refine datasets for machine learning model training, employing meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze system performance metrics, generating detailed reports that highlight areas of strength and opportunities for enhancement, ultimately contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in the authentication process, working closely with the development team to address and rectify issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A quick learner, capable of adapting to new tasks and technologies.
  • Exceptional patience and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data effectively.
  • BA or BS – preferable.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in additional (non-Latin) languages – High Advantage.
