MISSION OFTHE ROLE
Own a portfolio of multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid social, search, display, programmatic, affiliates) and scale them profitably through rigorous experimentation, automation, and real-time analytics.
You will function as the technical “flight controller” who pushes every channel, pixel, and bid strategy to its performance frontier.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Build and iterate media-buying architectures across Meta, Google Marketing Platform (SA360, DV360), Tik Tok Ads, Ecommerce.
- Deploy advanced bid strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversions) and refine via marginal-CPA modelling.
- Craft audience matrices using 1st-party data, lookalikes, Customer Match, CDP segments, server-side events (CAPI, gTag, Tik Tok Events API).
Data & Attribution (25 %)
- Maintain end-to-end data pipelines: pixel/SDK QA, GTM governance, Big Query exports.
- Build Looker Studio/Power BI dashboards with SQL-level custom metrics (wTD ROAS, cohort LTV vs CAC).
- Familiar with media frameworks and able to seamlessly link channel insights to wider marketing & business strategy when consulting clients.
- Design and run hypothesis-driven A/B & multivariate tests across ad-set, creative, offer and landing-page variables.
Stakeholder & Knowledge Transfer (10 %)
- Translate data stories into concise decks for clients & leadership (C-suite).
- Mentor interns/associates on media maths and growth analytics.
- 1-3 years hands-on performance-marketing experience at a top-tier agency.
- Proven track record managing ≥ USD 50K monthly spend across at least two major ad platforms.
- Confident English communicator able to defend insights with data to senior stakeholders.
