Senior Functional SAP B1 Specialist to lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence. In this role, you’ll blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem. You should be passionate about delivering results, unafraid to take ownership, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.

• SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
• Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.
• Techno-Functional Leadership
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
• Process Improvement & Automation
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
• System Integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
• Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
• Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
• Troubleshooting & Support
• Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

• Educational Background
• BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges .
• Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).
• Experience
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.
• Technical Proficiency
• Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).
• Familiarity with AWS

• Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.
