Green Fi is seeking a full-time Dev Ops Engineer to manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure, maintain high availability, standardize deployments, and optimize costs for our AI-powered ESG and sustainability platform. This role involves designing scalable infrastructure, supporting AI/ML workloads, and ensuring operational excellence across cloud and on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure Management
:
Ensure 99.9%+ uptime across cloud and on-premise servers with robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response. - Deployment Standardization
:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible. - Cost Optimization
:
Analyze and optimize cloud spend through rightsizing, auto-scaling, and efficient resource utilization. - AI Workload Optimization
:
Optimize infrastructure for AI/ML workloads, including AWS Lambda, Cloud Front, and GPU/compute-intensive processes. - Client & Internal Support
:
Handle technical troubleshooting, assist with deployments, and create clear documentation for internal teams and clients. - Infrastructure Strategy
:
Assess current systems and propose scalable, secure, and resilient architecture improvements. - Security & Compliance
:
Implement best practices in network security, secrets management, and cloud compliance.
- AWS (EC2, Lambda, Cloud Front, S3, RDS, IAM)
- GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage)
- Dev Ops Stack

Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions - IaC:

- CI/CD:

Python, Bash scripting, Git, API integrations - Security & Compliance

Network security, identity & access management, secrets management, and regulatory compliance
- 3–5+ years in Dev Ops or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong experience with AWS, GCP, and on-premise hybrid environments
- Hands-on experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, Cloud Functions)
- Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure workloads (GPU optimization, distributed computing, model deployment)
- Client-facing technical support experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architecture design skills
