** Job Description
** Drives adoption of processes, systems, and best practices across all users by designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
*
* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Drives operational excellence by designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure consistent adoption of processes, systems, and best practices for agents and internal users (e.x., Account Managers).
* Develops and maintains training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources to support learning continuity.
* Facilitates engaging training sessions across various stakeholder groups.
* Assesses training effectiveness and competency achievement using evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
* Identifies skill gaps and training needs through analysis, consultations, and competency assessments.
* Collaborates with internal teams, external consultants, and vendor partners to ensure training programs are aligned with L&D frameworks and business objectives.
* Supports implementation of People Development Plans and other learning initiatives for internal clients.
* Applies coaching techniques to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.
* Manages multiple L&D projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of initiatives.
** REQUIREMENTS:
*** At least 3 years of experience in learning & development, training design, or analytics-focused training roles.
* Experience in creating and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including BPO agents and internal account managers.
* Exposure to workforce, operational, or performance analytics is a plus
* Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
* Experience in fast paced / high volume industry is preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in any related field
