• Search for and recruit the best welders, pipe fitters, and ship hull assemblers from non-EU countries to join our ship repair/construction and industrial projects;
• Prepare and publish job advertisements, organize recruitment processes, and conduct job interviews;
• Manage the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and smooth recruitment processes;
• Develop new candidate sourcing channels – your ideas will be highly welcomed and valued!

• Excellent command of English and Russian (used daily when communicating with candidates);
• Previous experience in recruitment (preferably international recruitment / working with foreign nationals).

• Experience cooperating with the Migration Department and working with the MIGRIS system.
