The brand-new AKI Family Resort PLOSE has been open since November 2024, welcoming our little and big guests alike. For the first Family Resort of the ADLER Spa Resorts & Lodges group, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to support and further develop the AKI Resort.

• Teaming up with management and the general marketing department to develop a sales strategy for AKI Family Resort Plose.
• Devising offers in line with the resort’s marketing strategy and working with management and reception to define booking guidelines.
• Supporting reception with sales training.
• Managing all correspondence, sales channels, systems and relevant interfaces.
• Tapping into your professional network to promote the new AKI Family Resort Plose among various market players (tour operators, single-site travel agencies, travel designers, web portals and hotel consortiums).
• Working proactively and continuously to develop new marketing concepts for our family hotel.
• Generating sales leads and developing proposals to increase the hotel’s presence and brand awareness.
• Managing various internal marketing activities (print material, events etc.).
• Liaising with visiting journalists and bloggers, in cooperation with our general marketing department.
• Supporting management and our general marketing team with all pre-opening matters concerning AKI Family Hotel Plose.
• As a sales & marketing manager, you will be a part of the broader management team and responsible for supporting the hotel’s director and deputy director in all operational matters before and after the opening of the hotel.

• You are an open, friendly and extroverted person who enjoys networking and connecting with people.
• You have a good instinct for sales in the hotel industry.
• You have previous experience as a sales & marketing manager at similar establishments, or you bring comprehensive operational experience in front office, sales and/or marketing activities in the hotel industry.
• You are fluent in Italian, German and English.
• You are keen on new challenges and continuing professional development.
• You are a team player capable of supporting and motivating your colleagues.
