We are seeking a candidate with a passion for gastronomy, sharp attention to detail, and a true vocation for creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Your Mission: You will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring impeccable service and maximum guest satisfaction, in line with the group’s high-quality standards.

• Coordinate and supervise the daily floor service.
• Lead, motivate, and train the front-of-house team.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management to deliver a seamless experience.
• Manage reservations, shifts, and team objectives.
• Ensure compliance with the group’s operational standards.

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Head Waiter.
• Language skills (English and French are highly valued).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive attitude, guest-oriented, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Permanent contract (Indefinite).
