** Your Role as Village Support Person:
** Your role as a Village Support team member is to help make the village feel like home by providing cleaning and resident support services that enhance comfort, wellbeing, and a warm, welcoming environment for all residents. Key Role Accountabilities:
** Maintain organised, compliant work spaces
** by keeping cleaning rooms and storage areas clean, tidy, and correctly stocked, with chemicals stored according to MSDS requirements.
** Experience in cleaning services**, with practical knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safe work practices.
** A genuine understanding of, and respect for, older people**, with the ability to work in a supportive and compassionate way.
** The ability to work independently with confidence**, using initiative to meet service and customer care expectations.
** Strong interpersonal and communication skills**, with a friendly, respectful, and approachable manner.
** A collaborative team spirit**, with proven ability to work positively with others to achieve shared goals.
