REPORTS TO: Executive Director
STATUS: 24-30 hours a week; includes one evening

As Patient Services Director, you’ll guide a caring medical team providing comprehensive, life-affirming support from pregnancy through postpartum. This leadership role embodies compassion, professionalism, and medical excellence in service of both mother and child.
Medical Leadership and Patient Care
- Direct and support a dynamic medical team, including nurses and ultrasound specialists, in delivering evidence-based, life-affirming healthcare.
- Provide patient consultations, pregnancy testing, early prenatal support, education, and follow-up care with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Ultrasound Manager, and Medical Director to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) that reflect the highest standards of integrity and holistic care.
Program Development and Service Innovation
- Evaluate potential new medical services for feasibility, quality, and alignment with the organization’s mission.
- Participate in strategic planning to enhance patient outcomes and operational excellence.
Education and Advocacy
- Manage education and empowerment of patients on topics such as pregnancy health, childbirth preparation, postpartum care, and parenting.
- Advocate for moms, babies, and families through compassionate communication and meaningful community referrals.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with AAAHC standards, state regulations, and clinic policies.
- Remain current on best practices in women’s healthcare and integrate evidence-based approaches.
- Model ethical behavior consistent with the organization’s values and commitment to life.
Education and Credentials
- Master’s degree in nursing with Nurse Practitioner (NP) license preferred.
- Candidates licensed as Physician Assistants (PA) or Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM) are welcome to apply.
- Highly qualified BSN candidates with relevant clinical experience will also be considered.
- Must hold current Pennsylvania licensure.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience and Skills
- 2 years of clinical experience in women’s health, obstetrics, or a related field preferred.
- Tech-savvy with strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, maintain confidentiality, and manage patient care with compassion and efficiency.
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively.
- Spanish fluency is highly valued.

Clearances and Certifications
Upon hire, ability to secure Child Abuse Clearance, State Police Clearance and FBI Fingerprinting and Criminal Background Check. On a bi-annual basis, participate in training for mandated reporting of child abuse. Current CPR and BLS certification.
