About the Role

As a Program Specialist at Devereux, you will complete annual assessments, maintain individual EHR records, coordinate clinical care, train staff, and much more.

At Devereux, you will:

  • Assist individuals with their unique progress and growth in functional skills, personal needs, communication, pre‑vocational skills or job training, and activities of daily living.
  • Serve as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing direction, mentorship, training, and support to direct‑care staff in the implementation of support and behavioral plans.

  • Pay rate: $20.11 – $22.93/hr dependent upon experience.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.

  • Associate's degree in social sciences or related field with 4 years experience working with children or adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in the above fields with 2 years experience.
  • Master's degree in education, social sciences, or related health field with 1 year experience.
  • Experience in a residential treatment setting is preferred.
