We’re seeking Postpartum Professionals III with advanced expertise to serve high-needs families—multiples, C-section recovery, NICU graduates, or families navigating postpartum mood disorders. You’ll also mentor and lead within Yuzi Care’s provider network.

Collaborative Care

Partner with doulas, nurses, and midwives to deliver wraparound care.
- 18 years or older with valid driver’s license or state
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certified postpartum doula or advanced credentials (lactation, RN, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of in-home postpartum care experience, supporting 50+ families
- CPR & First Aid certification (Basic Life Support for infant, pediatric, and adult populations)
- Proof of flu, COVID-19, and TDAP immunizations (must remain up to date)
- Personal liability insurance of at least $1M
- Completed background check prior to first family placement
- Provide advanced, high-touch in-home care for complex cases
- Support C-section recovery, multiples, or families with special needs
- Mentor and train Postpartum Professional I & II caregivers
- Contribute to Yuzi Care’s care protocols and training programs
- Competitive hourly compensation: $50–$70/hr
