Provide supervision to clients in the acute withdrawal management program, monitor for behavioral changes or inappropriate behavior. Demonstrate effective critical thinking and other problem-solving skills. Accurately convey client behavior and status, intervention use, client response and client progress both verbally and in writing to clients, families and members of the treatment team. Respond to client needs, concerns, and maintain appropriate order and safety for all clients.
Utilize seclusion and restraint in emergency situations per WAC ; ensure all procedures are followed and relevant medical staff are contacted in a timely manner.
