We7re growing rapidly and looking for dedicated Postpartum Professionals I to join our team. Youve provide essential, hands-on support to new families in the critical first weeks and months after birth while building your skills under the guidance of more experienced caregivers.

Work alongside a network of doulas, nurses, midwives, and newborn care specialists dedicated to quality outcomes.

• 18 years or older with valid driver s license or state
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Completed or in-progress doula certification (DONA, CAPPA, Bastyr, or equivalent)
• 0 2 years of postpartum or newborn care experience
• CPR & First Aid certification (Basic Life Support for infant, pediatric, and adult populations)
• Proof of flu, COVID-19, and TDAP immunizations (must remain up to date)
• Personal liability insurance of at least $1M
• Completed background check prior to first family placement

• Support families in the home with newborn care basics (diapering, soothing, safe sleep setup)
• Provide light household support (meal prep, laundry, nursery organization)
• Offer emotional reassurance to parents adjusting to postpartum recovery
• Document visits and communicate updates via Yuzi Care HIPAA-compliant platform

• Competitive hourly compensation: $25 0 35/hr

During the application, you will be asked to upload the following:

• Proof of certification (doula, newborn care specialist, RN, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/BLS certification for infant, pediatric, and adult populations
• Proof of personal liability insurance ($1M minimum)
• Completed and current background check
• Proof of flu, COVID-19, and TDAP immunizations
