We’re looking for experienced Postpartum Professionals II to serve as lead caregivers for families navigating the postpartum journey. You bring seasoned knowledge, confidence, and the ability to mentor junior caregivers while providing reliable in-home support.

Join a trusted network of postpartum professionals committed to family well-being.
- 18 years or older with valid driver’s license or state
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 2–5 years of in-home postpartum care experience, serving 20+ families
- CPR & First Aid certification (Basic Life Support for infant, pediatric, and adult populations)
- Proof of flu, COVID-19, and TDAP immunizations (must remain up to date)
- Personal liability insurance of at least $1M
- Completed background check prior to first family placement
- Lead postpartum care plans for families (daytime or overnight)
- Provide feeding support, sleep guidance, and maternal recovery support
- Mentor Postpartum Professional I team members during joint shifts
- Build trusted, ongoing relationships with families over multi-week engagements
- Competitive hourly compensation: $35–$50/hr

- Proof of certification (doula, newborn care specialist, RN, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/BLS certification for infant, pediatric, and adult populations
- Proof of personal liability insurance ($1M minimum)
