** What You’ll Do
*** Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.
* Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.
* Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.
* Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
* Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.#
** What You’ll Need to Bring:

* Education:

**
* ** Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
**** Licensure &

Certifications:

**
* ** Active RN License (compact or single state) required.**
* ** BLS required**
* ** ACLS certification required
***
* Experience:

**
* ** Minimum 2+ years of recent, hands-on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required.

* Skills:

**
* ** Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chops**
* ** Quick on your feet and calm under pressure**
* ** Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player.
