**** Deliver Top-Notch Patient Care
** Use the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation—to provide evidence-based, compassionate care.
** Think on Your Feet
** Bring sharp clinical judgment and critical thinking to manage complex situations.
** Medication Mastery
** Administer meds and perform safety checks with diligence and care.
** Educate & Empower Patients
** Help patients and families understand procedures, treatments, and recovery plans.
** Prioritize Safety & Quality
** Verify patient identities, follow all protocols, and document with precision.#
** What You Bring to the Table
**** Education
* ** Diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
* BSN preferred.
** Licensure & Certs
*** Active RN license (Single State or Compact) required.
* BLS required.
* NRP required.
* ACLS & PALS preferred.
** Experience
* ** Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in NICU related nursing care in a hospital setting required.
** Skills & Strengths
*** Fluent in English (spoken & written) required.
* Collaborative, patient-first mindset.
* Cool under pressure with top-notch time management.
