Accounting Clerk FAF---KSW

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process payments, including cheque preparation, staff reimbursements, and petty cash replenishment
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial dimension and approve invoices for payment
• Perform outdoor works such as cheque bank-in and mailing
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team
• Assist with ad hoc assignments as required

• Certificate or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Fast learner, self-motivated, able to under pressure, and attentive to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
