Role Overview

Join us as Lead Corporate Development
, directly reporting to Lionel
, our VP Corporate Development to shape Qonto's financial narrative and bridge our leadership with the global investment community. You will drive our equity story, manage investor relations, and lead strategic initiatives to prepare Qonto's next growth stage.

Responsibilities
  • Own Equity Story & IR: Refine the financial narrative for top-tier investors; manage GP relationships and roadshows
  • Master Financial Reporting: Own monthly/quarterly investor reporting; provide strategic insights and business updates
  • Corporate "Swiss Army Knife": Partner with leadership on business plans and ad-hoc strategic projects
  • Prepare for Next Stage: Implement listed-company standards and reporting for future financing

About your future manager

You will report to Lionel Blache
, our VP Corporate Development. With 15 years of international experience in Strategic Finance and Corporate Development (Rothschild & Co, EY, and now Qonto), Lionel is a "player-coach" leader who values a principle-first approach. Having executed over $12BN in transactions across Tech and Fin Tech, he combines high-level strategic vision with hands-on execution.

About You
  • Experience: 8-10 years in Investment Banking (ECM) or strategic Finance/IR in large fintechs/banks.
  • Expertise: Financial modeling, equity stories, complex instruments (Equity, Debt).
  • Communication: Present to senior stakeholders; simplify data into narratives.
  • Mindset: Business-oriented, autonomous, strategic yet hands-on.
  • Languages: Fluent English. French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Dutch is a plus.
