Operations Manager Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Manager Assistant to support the daily financial and administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payments processing, bookkeeping, and general operational support. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments and accurate financial workflows.

• Payments Management
  • Monitor ongoing payment activities (incoming and outgoing transactions)
  • Prepare, initiate, and process payments accurately and on time
  • Ensure payments align with internal policies and available balances
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and submit VAT reports according to compliance requirements
  • Post and verify invoices in the accounting system
  • Assist in monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
• Operational Support
  • Support the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain documentation, tracking sheets, and operational workflows
  • Liaise with internal teams (finance, operations, compliance) as needed

• 2–3 years of experience in payments, bookkeeping, finance operations, or a similar role
• Understanding of payment flows, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing
• Experience with VAT preparation and reporting (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
