Admiral Bet, the Italian subsidiary of Greentube GmbH and part of the NOVOMATIC Group, is looking for a
Online Casino Team lead
to guide the vision, strategy, and continuous evolution of our Casino vertical.

You will oversee the entire online Casino product ecosystem, lead the Product team, and ensure operational excellence across a
multi-brand platform
, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders.

Your Mission

As
Online Casino Team lead
, you will take ownership of the strategic and operational development of the online Casino product.

You will coordinate all activities related to game releases, platform enhancements, certifications, provider relationships, commercial initiatives, and performance analysis, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple brands.

• Lead and mentor the Online Casino Product team, providing guidance to dedicated resources and ensuring strong alignment on priorities and processes, and continuous professional growth.
• Manage the Online Casino product across a
  360° multi-brand platform
  , including commercial agreements, contracts, positioning strategies, product configuration, and feature deployment.
• Coordinate certification processes for new games and platform releases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the planning and execution of the game release roadmap.
• Manage go-live operations for new games, collaborating with IT, Design, Content, CRM, Marketing, and external partners.
• Handle annual audits for game and platform compliance.
• Scout new market opportunities and negotiate provider partnerships.
• Monitor and analyse key KPIs (games, providers, commercial performance) to support strategic decisions.
• Review gameplay behaviour, identifying suspicious patterns and bonus hunting activity.
• Collaborate with IT on new features, integrations, and technical updates.
• Work with Content, Design, and Marketing teams on creative assets, promotional materials, and online Casino positioning.
• Ensure high visual and functional quality for all game displays and configurations across the website.
• Coordinate with external providers to ensure correct setup, marketing tool implementation, and issue resolution.
• Produce monthly performance reports with insights and trend analysis for senior management.
• Partner with Customer Support to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.

• Solid experience in the gaming industry (3–5+ years), with strong knowledge of certification processes, ADM compliance, and platform governance.
• Proven experience in
  leading teams
  and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Background in online Casino product management, ideally within multi-brand environments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency with analysis tools (Excel, Cube) and presentation software (PowerPoint).
• Creative, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing market.
• Availability for national and international travel to meet partners and providers.
