Chef de Projet

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of complex, fast-paced, and mission-critical facilities.

• You lead the full lifecycle of Data Center projects, from design and pre-construction through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• You are accountable for project delivery in terms of schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• You define project strategy, objectives, milestones, and resource planning in alignment with contractual requirements.
• You manage and coordinate CSA, MEP, and specialist contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• You monitor project progress, identify risks and critical path issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• You oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial performance in collaboration with commercial teams.
• You manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes to ensure operational readiness of critical infrastructure systems.

• You hold a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• You have proven experience managing large-scale Data Center or other mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• You have strong knowledge of CSA and MEP systems within high-specification environments.
• You have experience working in fast-track, phased, or live operational environments.
• You possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• You demonstrate solid commercial awareness and understanding of project financial management.
• You are capable of making decisions under pressure in complex and high-performance environments.
• You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, as both languages are mandatory for this role.
