Department Mission- Ensure an up-to-date, high quality powertrain calibration for Audi & VW in China
- Support the market introduction of latest ICE and NEV technology
- Manage & release powertrain calibration projects for new developments & serial condition
- Strategic project, resource and test trip planning and steering with worldwide partners
- Follow up and assure a good project status and present it to higher management
- Supervise calibration work with internal & external partners and support problem solving
- Ensure a compliant project success according to all regulations with correct documentation
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent area
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle or powertrain development industry
- Experience in project management / leadership / steering
- Knowledge of powertrain calibration and calibration processes
- Knowledge of quality management, and product management
- Cooperative, analytical working, team spirit, intercultural competence
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with strong initiative and self-reliance
- Good communication skills in English and Germa
