** THE ROLE
** Warranty & Aftermarket Engineer will be included in the Warranty and Field Support department located at the Montecchio Maggiore site with the task of support Commercial Team on claims, applications issues, technical support including training on troubleshooting and service documents to the assigned countries and/or products.

He/She will also be involved in supporting internal departments for product field issue and giving input and feedback for products improving and New Product Development.
** Principal Responsibilities:
*** Provide field technical support and claim management (mainly remotely) to Commercial Teams, Distributors and KA/OEM customers.
* Provide field support for commissioning and troubleshooting on complex / critical applications.
* Work with internal departments (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Operation) to manage claims.
* Attend/lead meetings with Quality and Engineering about the most critical applications and product issues
* Collect Quality and Application field issues to give input and feedback for product improvement.
* Actively participate to New Product Development (XPD process) and manage product field test.
* Perform Service Training and literature.
* Support the local After Market team in developing the Service Partner network and processes to ensure European alignment.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/electrotechnical/mechatronics.* +4 years of experience
* Solid electronic-electric knowledge with focus on drives and communication protocols.
* Informatics, hydraulic and mechanical skills.
* Good knowledge in MS Suite (word, excel, power point, access).
* Fluent in Italian and good written/spoken English (at least B2 level).
