We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QS – Support Contract Assistant to support the commercial management of large-scale data center projects. You will work closely with senior Quantity Surveyors, Contract Managers, and the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team to ensure effective contract administration, cost transparency, and compliance across complex, fast-paced, and highly regulated projects.

• You act as a key commercial support within technically complex projects, ensuring accurate contract administration and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• You support senior Quantity Surveyors and Contract Managers in the management of contractual documentation, contributing to cost control, compliance, reporting accuracy, and commercial governance.
• You monitor commitments, expenditures, and forecast costs, maintaining commercial registers and supporting reporting activities.
• You assist with contract administration, change management, payment applications, and invoicing processes.
• You ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project procedures, and data center standards.
• You coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on commercial objectives and reporting timelines.
• You prepare commercial reports, dashboards, and project documentation and participate in project meetings and reviews.

• You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• You have junior to medior level experience in commercial support, contract administration, or project cost control; experience in data center projects is a strong advantage.
• You have excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• You are fluent in English (project working language); additional languages are an asset.
• You are motivated to grow quickly in your career and develop towards a Quantity Surveyor or Contract Manager role.
