Mechanical Supervisor M​/F

Responsibilities

• Organise on site the maintenance operations placed under the responsibility.
• Assist the planning team by providing technical support for the preparation of jobs in the discipline.
• Assist specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC).
• Ensure that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during maintenance operations under responsibility.
• Manage interventions using the CMMS and check intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and write technical reports related to the field.
• Ensure that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within the teams, and actively participate in it.
• Rotation 4x4, for mission on demand according to TOTAL ENERGIES E&P Angola's needs.
• High flexibility required; up to 35 days on site per rotation, peak/off‑peak periods. This is not a GMC‑type contract with permanent and regular rotations.

• Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A‑levels + 3 years study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent).
• 5 to 10 years experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations.
• Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.
• Working languages:
  English, Portuguese an advantage.
• Rotation 4x4, for mission on demand according to TOTAL ENERGIES E&P Angola's needs.
• High flexibility required; up to 35 days on site per rotation, peak/off‑peak periods.
