Mission: To guarantee that all the products, materials, and services necessary for project execution are available and meet the required quality standards, while being acquired at the best possible cost.

• Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for subcontractors by analyzing technical and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to develop the project procurement strategy.
• Analyze quotes and generate technical and economic comparison tables.
• Negotiate with suppliers.
• Place orders.
• Global search, management and evaluation of suppliers.
• Supply evaluation and report generation using KPIs and data to optimize processes.
• Price and trend analysis.

• At least 7 years of experience managing procurement.
• Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, or a similar technical background.
• Proficiency in fundamentals and practical applications of artificial intelligence.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP, Jaggaer, Power BI and other procurement tools is advantageous.
• Previous experience in the cultural/interior design sector is advantageous.
• Availability to travel for periods of 1–2 weeks.
• Analytical mindset and experience working with data analysis tools.
