Junior Assistant Project Manager

Our client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager.

• You act as a key operational link within technically complex projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day project coordination.
• You are responsible for the follow-up, completeness, and consistency of project documentation.
• You coordinate between internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• You ensure that project processes and procedures are properly followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• You support Project Managers in the execution of projects delivered through consultancy environments.
• You help bridge the gap between technical content, project documentation, teams, and planning.
• You operate in a client-project environment, contributing to the successful delivery of technical projects.

• You hold a master’s degree in engineering and have professional experience as an engineer. Candidates currently residing in Belgium are preferred.
• You already have a first experience in projects.
• You have experience working in a consultancy or client-project context.
• You have a solid technical background (engineering or equivalent).
• You are organized, structured, proactive, and solution oriented.
• You are able to work autonomously and take initiative despite a junior level.
• You have strong communication skills and can effectively coordinate between documents, teams, and schedules. You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• You are a junior, dynamic profile motivated to grow quickly towards a Project Manager role.
