** Job Description
** The role is responsible for managing and optimizing the hardware and software capacities of Core network nodes, ensuring efficient performance aligned with traffic trends and standard engineering designs. The position delivers expert recommendations and value-added services for Roaming and International SMS by assessing technical solutions, creating detailed designs, and coordinating closely with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Key Functional Responsibilities    Manage hardware and software capacities of Roaming and Signaling nodes by monitoring system performance against traffic trends, providing recommendations, and optimizing node configurations based on standard engineering design    Deliver recommendations and value-added services relative to Roaming and International SMS through assessment of solutions, development of detailed designs, and work plans in collaboration with technical and business teams

Key Competencies    Effective oral and written communication skills    Teamwork and interpersonal skills     Qualifications and Certifications    Must be a licensed Electronics & Communications Engineer Preferred Work Experience    At least 5 years of experience in the Telco Industry Educational Background / Expertise    Must have attained Bachelor of Science Major in Electronics & Communication Engineering    Knowledgeable on 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G core network architecture    Expert on SS7, Sigtran, and Diameter signaling protocols    Knowledgeable in SS7 and Diameter Fraud Attack Detection and Blocking    Knowledgeable in IR21, interconnectivity of IPX Hub, SCCP GW and Roaming Partners    Basic IP networking
