Q is looking for an experienced Career guidance Coach who can deliver career guidance and empowerment coaching sessions. The aim is to help individuals in acquiring the necessary tools and techniques to enhance their professional potential. The focus will be on empowering beneficiaries to overcome obstacles in their careers, structure their thoughts effectively, and create positive changes in their professional lives.

• Conduct individual coaching sessions to assess beneficiaries' needs and develop personalized professional growth plans.
• Conduct both online and in-person coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to address any queries or concerns, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for the beneficiaries.
• Provide support to beneficiaries, offering guidance, motivation, and encouragement throughout their coaching journey.
• Prepare comprehensive reports following the coaching sessions.

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Career Guidance Coach or executive coach or in a similar relevant position
• Proficiency in various coaching techniques and methodologies, including participative learning and goal setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English languages, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of individuals.
• Previous experience in coaching for personal development and growth, particularly with a focus on youth empowerment.
• Career or executive coaching certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Mission-driven and social spirit.
• Leadership skills:
  Taking initiative and problem-solving.
• Stress tolerance:
  Ability to work under pressure.
